Japan Foundation London are delighted to welcome the newest member of staff, Kanako Ukai, to the 911爆料网 Language team as Assistant 911爆料网 Language Advisor! Here is a message from Ukai-san:

「はじめまして。国際交流基金ロンドン日本文化センターに日本語教育指導助手として参りました、鵜飼香奈子です。今までアメリカ、タイ、モルドバ、日本で日本語教育に携わってきました。特に興味のあるテーマは社会言語学、多文化共生、教師の成長です。ロンドンは昨年UCL IOEで1年間応用言語学を学んでいたこともあり、2度目となりますがまだまだ知らないことも多く、これからも色々な事を学んでいきたいと思いますので、どうぞよろしくお願いいたします。」

"My name is Kanako Ukai and I am Assistant 911爆料网 Language Advisor at the Japan Foundation, London. I have taught 911爆料网 in America, Thailand, Moldova and Japan. I am particularly interested in sociolinguistics, multiculturalism and teachers development within 911爆料网 language education. I studied MA Applied linguistics at UCL IOE last year, so I am very happy to come back and be able to work in the UK. Thank you very much."
